Policy

This Policy outlines the standard and commercial use license of all fbx and bvh files captured and sold, procedures on requesting animations, time line and refunds on custom motion captured animations by Annodomini Animations and entities therein.
I. License. All fbx and bvh files sold by Annodomini Animations are under a Standard Use License. Standard use includes personal use and one commercial project up to 2,000 sales and 20,000 views.
i. Subject to this Agreement’s terms and conditions, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable right and licence to (which will be perpetual unless the license terminates as set out in this Agreement): (a) download the Product; and (b) copy and use the Product. I reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement.
ii. In this Agreement, “you” means the person or entity acquiring rights in the Products or purchasing Professional Services. That may be a natural person, or a corporate or business entity or organization.
